Effective date: 25 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how techelectroparts.com (the “Website”) collects, uses, and shares information about you.
1. Who we are
The Website is operated by Natural Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”).
For privacy questions, contact:
- Email: info@techelectroparts.com
- Phone (US): +1 307 370 2959
- Phone (UK / EU): +44 7543 494408
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, we are the data controller for the personal data we collect about you — except for payment details collected on the payment partner’s platform (see Section 4).
2. Information we collect
Automatically, when you visit the Website:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device, browser, and operating system information;
- pages visited, time spent, referring URL;
- cookies and similar identifiers (see Section 7).
When you place an order:
- contents of your shopping cart;
- after redirect to our payment partner: your name, billing address, contact details (email, phone), and payment method details (handled directly by the payment partner — we never see your full card number, see Section 4);
- after the order is created: your name, email, and shipping address are shared back to us so we can fulfil and support the order.
When you contact us:
- your name, email, and the content of your message.
When you sign up for marketing (optional):
- your email address and any preferences you provide.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- present the Website and remember your cart;
- process and fulfil your order, including shipping and customer support;
- communicate with you about your order, returns, and warranty;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations such as tax records and consumer-protection requirements;
- improve our products, the Website, and our service;
- with your consent, send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message).
4. Payment data and our payment partner
Our checkout is set up so that payment is processed by a third-party payment partner on a separate secure platform. When you click “Proceed to payment”, you are redirected to the partner’s checkout. They collect from you:
- your billing name and address;
- your contact details;
- your payment method details (card number, expiry, security code), which they pass to their underlying card processor, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
At the moment you submit those details, the payment partner — and Stripe — act as data controllers for that payment data under their own privacy notices. We never see, receive, or store your full payment card number.
After successful payment, we receive from the partner only what we need to fulfil your order: confirmation of payment, the amount, your name, your contact email, and your shipping address.

5. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar rules, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to process and fulfil your order, communicate about it, and provide post-sale support.
- Legal obligation — to keep accounting records, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and comply with consumer-protection law.
- Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Website, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We balance these interests against your rights and you can object at any time (see Section 9).
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
6. Sharing your information
We share information with:
- Our payment partner and Stripe, to process payment and detect fraud.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Service providers that help us run the Website (hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, analytics) under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
- Authorities or third parties, when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- A successor, if our business or assets are sold, merged, or restructured — under equivalent privacy protections.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — make the Website work (cart, security). These cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember your preferences (language, currency).
- Analytics — measure how the Website is used so we can improve it.
- Marketing (only if you consent) — measure ad performance and personalise content.
You can manage your preferences in the cookie banner shown on your first visit and in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Website.
8. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it:
- Order and customer records: for as long as required by accounting, tax, and consumer-protection law in the relevant jurisdiction — typically 6 to 10 years after the order is completed.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw consent.
- Server logs: up to 90 days, for security and troubleshooting.
- Support correspondence: kept until the matter is resolved, and then for a reasonable period in case of a follow-up issue.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete data we no longer need (right to be forgotten);
- restrict or object to certain processing (including processing based on legitimate interests, and direct marketing);
- receive a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent for any processing based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of the EU member state or UK region where you live, work, or where you believe the breach occurred. A list of EU authorities is at https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en. The UK authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@techelectroparts.com. We respond within the time required by law — under GDPR, one month, with a possible two-month extension for complex requests.
10. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (including Stripe) operate outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. When we — or our payment partner — transfer personal data abroad, we use safeguards required by applicable law: the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or an applicable adequacy decision. A copy of the safeguards in place is available on request.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS for all pages, access controls on our systems, and limited data retention. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk to a minimum. If a personal-data breach affects you, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
12. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date at the top. If we make material changes, we will tell you in a more prominent way — for example, by email or a notice on the Website.
