These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of techelectroparts.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products
We sell consumer electronics, components, and related accessories. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are intended to be accurate but may contain errors and on-screen colours may differ slightly from the real item. We reserve the right to correct any error, change product specifications without notice, and limit the quantity any one customer can purchase.
4. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in EUR (€). Where any VAT, customs duty, or other tax applies to your order, it is shown separately at checkout or, where collection is the responsibility of the carrier or local customs, it will be invoiced to you on delivery. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Prices and availability can change at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will notify you and refund any payment received for that item.
5. Orders and contract formation
Adding products to your cart does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email after payment has been received. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, errors in pricing or stock, restricted shipping destination, or violation of these Terms.
6. Payment
Payment is processed by our payment partner on a separate secure platform. When you click “Proceed to payment”, you are redirected to our partner’s checkout to enter your billing details and complete payment. We do not see, store, or transmit your full payment card details — card data is handled directly by the payment partner and its underlying payment processor.
The payment partner may collect additional information from you (billing address, contact details) as required to process the transaction. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on destination and the products ordered. Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated date, contact us at info@techelectroparts.com and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace it.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumer returns)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants equivalent rights, you have the right to cancel a distance-purchase order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right:
- Notify us at info@techelectroparts.com before the 14-day window expires. You can use our model cancellation form on request.
- Return the goods at your cost within 14 days of your notification, in their original condition and packaging.
- We will refund the price you paid (and original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method.
Certain product categories may be excluded from this right by law — for example, products sealed for hygiene or safety reasons that have been unsealed, software or audio recordings that have been unsealed, and goods made or configured to your specification.
9. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable) and the statutory warranty of conformity required by your local consumer-protection law (in the EU: at least 2 years from delivery). We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell except where explicitly stated. To make a warranty claim, contact info@techelectroparts.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website to:
- attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its systems, or other users’ accounts;
- interfere with the Website’s operation or security;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- make purchases for resale without our written authorisation.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including product photos, descriptions, logos, text, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not use it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer-protection rights.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date above. If we make material changes that affect your existing orders, we will give you notice. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent state and federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming — unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, in which case those rules prevail.
