This policy explains how to cancel an order, return a product, and receive a refund from techelectroparts.com, operated by Natural Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy sits alongside your statutory rights — including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the consumer-protection law of your country of residence. Nothing here limits any right you have under those laws.
1. Right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting equivalent rights, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The 14-day window starts on the day:
- you (or a third party you nominated, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods; or
- in the case of an order with multiple items delivered separately, you receive the last item; or
- in the case of regular delivery of the same item over a period (subscription-style), you receive the first delivery.
2. How to request a cancellation or return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day window expires. You can:

You do not need to give a reason. You only need to tell us, before the deadline, that you want to cancel.

Sending the notice within the 14-day window is enough to meet the deadline — the actual return shipment can happen afterwards (see Section 5).
3. Condition of returned goods
You may inspect and handle returned goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — in the same way you would be allowed to do in a physical shop.
Returned items should be:
- in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and complete);
- in their original packaging where reasonably possible, with all accessories, manuals, free gifts, and seals intact;
- accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation or the order number.
If the item shows signs of use, damage, or modification beyond what is reasonable to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the diminished value of the product — as permitted by law. We will tell you the amount of any reduction before we process the refund.
4. Items that cannot be returned
Some items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal by law — for example:
- products sealed for hygiene or safety reasons that have been unsealed after delivery;
- software, audio, or video recordings whose seal has been broken;
- goods made or customised to your specification (custom-configured electronics, engraved items, etc.);
- goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly;
- digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, where you confirmed at purchase that you waived your withdrawal right for it.
This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or wrongly delivered items — see Section 7.
5. Return shipping
Once you have notified us, ship the goods back within 14 days of your cancellation notice to the return address we will provide by email.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, the cost of return shipping is yours. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the receipt — until the goods reach us, the risk of loss in transit is yours.
Do not return goods to the sender address printed on the original parcel without first contacting us — that address may not be our returns address and we cannot guarantee the parcel will reach us.
6. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition, we will refund:
- the price you paid for the returned items; and
- the original standard shipping cost, if you cancelled the entire order. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option, we refund the equivalent of our standard cost; the difference is not refunded.
Timeline. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have shipped them back — whichever is earlier.
Method. Refunds are made through the same payment method you used to pay, via our payment partner. You will not incur any fee for the refund itself; however, the time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund). The refund will appear on your statement under the same descriptor as the original payment.
We may withhold the refund until we have either received the goods back or you have supplied evidence (for example, a tracking number) that you have sent them.
7. Faulty, damaged, or wrongly delivered items
This section is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and applies for the full statutory warranty period in your jurisdiction (in the EU: at least 2 years from delivery; in the UK: 6 years in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and 5 years in Scotland from the time the issue could reasonably have been discovered).
If an item arrives:
- damaged or broken — please photograph the parcel and the item as soon as possible after opening, and contact us within a reasonable period (ideally within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage);
- faulty or not functioning as described; or
- different from what you ordered
contact info@techelectroparts.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where relevant. We will arrange, at our cost, either:
- a repair or replacement of the item (your choice, where both are reasonably possible); or
- a full refund, including original and return shipping, if a repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or cannot be done within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience to you.
You do not lose any other rights you have under consumer-protection law.
8. Late deliveries
If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation (or any other timeframe we explicitly agreed with you), you can ask us to deliver within an additional, reasonable period. If we still fail to deliver, you may cancel the order and we will refund all payments you have made under the order without undue delay.
9. Order cancellation before dispatch
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at info@techelectroparts.com with your order number. If the items have not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund at no cost to you, including any shipping charges you paid.
